Argentine Tango has been danced socially in South Wales for decades. The tango community has produced many lovely dancers, teachers, event organisers, djs, musicians, painters, composers, and a film maker.

South Wales knows that tango is much more than a dance.

The South Wales tango clubs invite visiting teachers and hold weekend events that attract tango dancers from across the UK. And the style of tango events range from (what is known as ) traditional ie music and dance style from Buenos Aires in the 1940s to (what is known as) nuevo - music and dance  blended with modern styles.

South Wales knows that tango is a wonderfully diverse art form.
